🐉 Dragonhurst Shipping Policy

Greetings, traveller. This scroll explains how goods are prepared, packaged, and dispatched from the storied halls of Dragonhurst to your chosen destination in the mortal realm.
By placing an order, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Order Processing


Once your order is received, the Steward and their loyal artisans begin preparing your items.
•     Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
•     During festivals, high‑traffic seasons, or dragon moulting periods, processing may take slightly longer.
•     You will receive a confirmation once your order has been accepted into the vault for dispatch.
No dragons are involved in the packing process — they are enthusiastic but notoriously clumsy.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


Your goods will be carried by trusted mortal couriers (not winged beasts — insurance does not cover scorch marks).


Estimated delivery times:
•     Domestic (UK): 2–5 business days
•     Europe: Alas! Due to local quarrels, Dragonhurst is currently unable to ship to Europe.
•     International: Alas! Due to warlords and disgraced diplomats, Dragonhust must increase its magical level before shipping to the further reaches of the earth. Sooneth, one hopes.


These are estimates only. Weather, customs, and the whims of fate may cause delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
•     Your location
•     The weight and size of your chosen artefacts
•     The courier service selected


All fees will be displayed before you complete your order — no hidden tributes or surprise dragon taxes.

4. Tracking Your Order


If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method:
•     A tracking link will be sent to your email once the parcel departs the Dragonhurst vault.
•     You may follow your parcel’s journey across the realms in real time.


If tracking is not available, rest assured your parcel is still in safe hands.

5. Delivery Issues


If your parcel is delayed, lost, or appears to have been intercepted by bandits:
•     Contact the Steward at DragonHurstGifts@Outlook.com
•     Provide your order number and any relevant details
•     We will work with the courier to locate or replace the missing goods


Please note: Dragonhurst cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Double‑check your details before confirming your order.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)


For orders sent beyond the borders of the UK:
•     Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your local authorities
•     These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
•     Dragonhurst cannot predict or control these charges


If unsure, consult your local customs office before ordering.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or otherwise afflicted by misfortune:
•     Contact the Steward within 7 days
•     Include photos of the damage where possible
•     We will make things right in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy


Our artisans take great pride in their craft, and such mishaps are rare.

8. Changes to This Policy


This scroll may be updated from time to time as the realm evolves.
The “Last updated” date will always reflect the most recent version.
