By placing an order, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want every artefact leaving Dragonhurst to delight its new keeper. However, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise afflicted by misfortune, you may request a return.
You may be eligible for a return if:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The item is faulty or defective
• The item differs significantly from its description
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrived damaged.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Digital downloads
• Custom or personalised items
• Items damaged through misuse, dragonfire, or other customer‑caused mishaps
• Items returned outside the stated timeframe

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Send a message to the Castle Steward at TouristInformation@DragonHurst.com or by using the contact form on the contact page
2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
3. Provide photos if the item arrived damaged
The Castle Steward will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, should it be eligible.
Do not send items back without receiving approval — the vault guards are strict and may refuse unannounced parcels.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• You may choose any reliable courier
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe passage
If the fault lies with Dragonhurst, the Steward will cover return shipping or offer an alternative solution.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item arrives safely at the vault and is inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
If the item is not eligible for a refund, the Steward will notify you with an explanation.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
• Contact the Castle Steward to confirm availability
• Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected
• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution will be offered
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or clearly cursed:
• Contact the Steward within 30 days
• Provide photos of the damage
• A replacement or refund will be arranged
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and such mishaps are rare.
8. Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to have vanished into the mists:

• We will work with the courier to locate it
• If the parcel cannot be found, a replacement or refund will be issued
