1. What is Dragonhurst?
Dragonhurst is a realm of mythic curiosities, and creative artefacts. Everything you see here is curated or designed with care, imagination, and absolutely no dragonfire… usually.
2. Do dragons actually make or deliver the products?
No. Dragons are currently on strict warehouse probation due to past “incidents” involving singed packaging and one regrettable attempt at gift‑wrapping.
All orders are prepared by humans.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other trusted providers.
We accept major cards and digital payment methods shown at checkout.
Your card details are never seen or stored by Dragonhurst — they go straight to the financial wizards.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• UK: 3 - 5 business days
• Europe: Currently N/A
• International: Currently N/A
Your parcel will be carried by mortal couriers, not dragons, so scorch marks are unlikely.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Alas! Due to quarreling warlords, disgraced diplomats, and wormtongues currently making shipping magic difficult to fathom, we are currently shipping within the UK only. There are plans to learn new magic and defeat these antagonists, however, so with some luck and skill, this will soon change.
6. Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you’ll receive a link once your parcel leaves the vault.
If tracking isn’t available, rest assured your parcel is still on its journey.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send a message using the contact form on the contact page; or by using the email TouristInformation@DragonHurst.com within 30 days.
Include your order number and photos if possible.
We’ll make things right in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Can I return an item?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 30 days if they arrive damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described.
Some items (like digital downloads or personalised goods) cannot be returned.

9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if the item you want is in stock.
Contact the Steward to arrange an exchange.
10. Do you take custom orders?
Not currently, though this may change in future.
11. How do I contact Dragonhurst?

Ravens are currently unavailable due to a territorial dispute with the local owls.
12. Are the products handmade?
That would depend on what you mean by handmade. Many of the designs that adorn DragonHurst products are designed by the human wizard cartoonist JAYTKX himself. Some other things are brought in because they suit the place. Many pens and keyrings are magically lasered. Many mugs and coasters are printed with marvellous contraptions that puzzle drangons. And gift boxes are curated and infused with creativity, care, and the occasional muttered incantation. And this all takes place within the deep, dark, and health'n'safety approved dungeons of DragonHurst!
13. Do you have a physical shop?
Not at present.
Dragonhurst exists primarily in the digital realm, though who knows what future taverns or market stalls may appear.
14. Why “Dragonhurst”?
Because every realm needs a name worthy of its mythos — and because dragons make excellent mascots (when supervised).
